I have been using social media as a marketing and business development tool since 2009. I have helped businesses large and small explore which platforms to use, build audiences, generate leads and measure what matters to their business.

There are five ways in which I can help you and your business to get results from social media:

1) Social Media Breakthrough Session

We will have a one hour face-to-face meeting (in Gloucestershire) or Skype call where you outline your burning social media questions. In preparation, I will review your existing social media profiles and activity. Following the session, I will provide an actionable task list with document templates, links to further resources and one hour additional support (email/Skype) for clarification.


2) Social Media Audit

A social media audit is a great way to determine if your current activity is hitting the mark, or if there are things you need to do to improve your online performance.

We will have a face-to-face meeting (in Gloucestershire) or Skype call where you outline your current use of social media. I will also ask some questions and following the session prepare a report that includes a review of your current social media profiles and how they have been set up, research for your industry sector, target audience profiling, a competitor review and practical recommendations.

3) Social Media Training

I run a number of public training courses. I can also offer in-house training and/or e-learning courses.
When we work out what training you need, we can find the right solution together.

4) Social Media Audit and Planning

In addition to the social media audit, I will create a social media content plan for your business. I will also prepare step-by-step guides for implementing the content plan and all the checklists you need to embed social media into your day-to-day activity.


5) Social Media Mentor

Following any of the above services, you can retain me to keep a watching eye over your social media activity for 12 months. Each month we will meet/speak to review your activity and results. I will also let you know if there are any changes you need to be aware of. I will follow up each session with notes and resources, as required.
